faith formation | Grades 4-7

Most Sundays September-May | Resuming September 13, 2026

Meets in the Youth Hallway from 9:30-10:15 AM

This 45-minute gathering is designed especially for older elementary and middle school students who are ready to explore their faith more deeply. Together we'll ask thoughtful questions, engage in meaningful conversations, participate in hands-on projects, and discover how our faith shapes the way we care for our neighbors and the world.

Led by Steve Juergens and Jennifer McLellan, this class uses Mini Revolutions, a curriculum based on the Revised Common Lectionary that follows the rhythms of the church year. Throughout the year, students will explore Scripture while emphasizing service, building friendships, and growing in faith together.

Fall 2026 Schedule:

  • Sept. 13, 20, 27

  • Oct. 4, 18, 25 (No gathering Oct. 11)

  • Nov. 1, 8, 15, 22

  • Dec. 6, 13

If you're interested in learning more about Faith Formation, please contact Julie Garrett. Registration is required for all children's programs. Completing a registration form helps us communicate with families, share what to expect, and provide a safe, welcoming environment where every student is known, supported, and cared for.

Middle school community & activities | grades 6-8

In 2026, we’ll offer fun and meaningful opportunities throughout the year for middle school students to connect, have fun, and build relationships. These offerings may include outings, service projects, and special events designed specifically for middle schoolers.

Each activity will stand on its own, making it easy for students to participate when they’re able—no long-term commitment required. We hope this flexible approach creates more opportunities for connection and involvement throughout the year.
