Mercer Island Presbyterian Church Pebble Preschool is seeking a collaborative, creative, and mission-driven Preschool Director of Education to help lead our vibrant early childhood program. This position provides educational leadership for our preschool and related tuition-based programs, including curriculum development, teacher supervision, faith formation, and program quality. Working alongside the Preschool Director of Operations, the Preschool Director of Education helps cultivate a joyful learning environment where children, families, and staff experience belonging, wonder, and growth.
