Registration is open now for K-5th grade Elementary Students For our FALL Club EPIC program!

To register your child, please fill out the registration form:

Enrollment is processed on a first-come, first-served basis pending availability. We will establish a waitlist after spots are full.

Club EPIC Wednesdays is for Kindergarten-5th grade students.

$157.50 Fall Enrollment Fee: (Due at Registration & No Refunds or Transfers)

  • You will receive an invoice after registering where you can choose to pay monthly or a lump sum for the rest of the program.

    • Total cost for fall program is $630. Monthly cost is $157.50 per month.

  • We ask for a 30-day notice if withdrawing before the end of the program.

  • There will be a new EPIC Wednesdays sign-up for Winter/Spring

Fall Club EPIC Hours

First Day: Wednesday, September 9, 2026

Last Day: Wednesday, December 16, 2026

Wednesdays (Early Release) 2:05 PM - 4:30 PM

*No Club EPIC on Wednesday, November 11th and November 25th.

Transportation Notes:

EPIC will provide transportation from the following schools in our 12-passenger vans: West Mercer, Island Park, Lakeridge students.

Northwood students: you will have two choices (1) bus to EPIC, the bus drop is just out front) (2) walk to EPIC, and the EPIC staff will meet them halfway. EPIC staff will help make a transportation plan with you when we have received our enrollment.

Non-MISD students: families will be responsible for transportation to EPIC (2:20 pm - 4:30 pm)
