Summer 2013 TRIPS

CURRENT 8th and 9th GRADE STUDENTS - SPLASH 2013!

What: A week of Houseboating with a group of your friends - old and new!!. Days will be spent swimming, wakeboarding, water-skiing, tube-ing, and hanging out with friends and learning more about what it means to follow God! When: Monday July 8 - Saturday July 13

CURRENT 10th and 11th GRADE STUDENTS - LOS ANGELES MISSION TRIP!

What: This summer, the ROCK is partnering with the Center for Student Missions (CSM) in Los Angeles for a week of service. Projects may include feeding the homeless, serving with various missions on Skid Row, helping at a community afternoon program for kids and lots more. Contact Nicola (and click on the LA MISSION TRIP above) for more information and registration details!

CURRENT SENIORS - SENIOR TRIP 2013!

What: You have been hearing about this trip for four years now and finally your time has come. No Senior student has ever been disappointed. Join your friends for an incredible week of adventures, thrilling activities and good food, as we celebrate your graduation and the future that is before you. Contact Nicola (and click on SR. Small Groups

A great way to stay involved with the ROCK is to join a small group! These are led by ROCK staff, adult volunteers and even members of our Student Leadership program. Groups meet at various times and locations. Small Groups meet throughout the week, and are divided by gender and grade! If you are not part of a small group and would like to be, then please contact Pastor Lindsay. 

Mission Opportunities at the ROCK

When talking about serving others, Jesus tells us in Matthew 25:40 that, “just as you did it to one of the least of these who are members of my family, you did it to me.”

Some Service Opportunities provided by the ROCK -

President's Day Weekend - 9th Grade Confirmation Class trip to serve the underprivileged in Portland, OR.

Spring Break - Housebuilidng trip to Tijuana, Mexico. Open to all 10-12th grade students.
