the rock high school | 2018-2019 School Year
Join us for our weekly Wednesday night youth group | Open to freshman students
This year, our 9th grader students are invited to continue participating in Wednesday night LIVE. This will give them opportunities to meet with students in their grade, participate in small groups on those nights, and grow deeper in their faith. LIVE runs Wednesday nights from 7:00pm-8:30pm at MIPC.
Confirmation 2019 | Open to freshman students
Confirmation is a three-month program where students will have the opportunity to explore their faith through honest dialogue, service opportunities, wrestling with questions together, and hearing from different perspectives. We hope that through Confirmation, students build a strong foundation of faith that will support their growth and relationship with God beyond this class.
During Confirmation, we will be meeting to discuss our faith, encounter God, and discover what it is that we believe. Joining the class means that there is a desire to explore what relevance God and the church hold for students as they seek to build their own identity.
Confirmation includes weekly classes and some special service projects. The target age for Confirmation is 9th grade, but it is open to other students who may not have previously participated in a confirmation program.
