Weekly High School ROCK Schedule
The ROCK Cafe meets Wednesdays 7-8:30pm, in the ROCK. The ROCK Café is our chill venue for high school students to hang out and catch up! Join some very sweet people for snacks, warm cozy drinks, open gym (dodgeball!), games, music (sometimes LIVE!) and study space (with wifi). Come check it out and bring your friends, everyone’s welcome!
Small Groups, various times and locations. Small Groups meet at various times throughout the week, and are divided by gender and grade! If you are looking to be involved in a small group, email Morgan Darrah at morgand@mipc.org or call her at (206) 232-5595, ext. 215.

Mission Opportunities at the ROCK
When talking about serving others, Jesus tells us in Matthew 25:40 that, “just as you did it to one of the least of these who are members of my family, you did it to me.” Weekly and monthly local mission opportunities are offered for high school students to serve “the least of these.” Whether it’s a weekly tutoring program or monthly service project, there is something for everyone. Our desire is that high school students will experience the love that God has for the Seattle area. Look for events and times on the monthly calendar.
- Confirmation Mission Project: Confirmation Mission Project is a week spent working with various ministries in an American inner-city. Students will learn more about the culture and conditions of the inner-city, while growing their hearts for God's people there. This project takes place during MIHS Mid-winter break and is open only to students who are participating in the Confirmation program.

Mexico Project: Mexico Project is a week-long mission experience of building houses, community, and faith in Tijuana, Mexico. This trip is offered during spring break to 10th-12th graders. Applications are accepted in December. Check out pics from our 2007 trip!!! Mexico Photo Gallery
