Unique Musical Opportunities at MIPC

Madrigal Singers
The MIPC Madrigal Singers is a smaller group of 8-12 singers (SATB) within the Chancel Choir, who rehearse and present acapella music for festival days and seasons of the church year, particularly in the seasons of Advent/Christmas. The group brings their music to community residences and sings for private parties at Christmastime by invitation.

Women’s and Men’s Choirs
These groups are perfect for those singers who cannot commit to a rehearsal every week, but enjoy singing in a group. Watch for the newsletter for the next opportunity for these groups or call the church office to be placed on a list to be notified when the opportunities are scheduled.

Opportunities for Children
The singing opportunities for children at MIPC are connected with our Logos and Sunday School programs. Each month the children prepare and have the opportunity to offer music in our morning worship services. The children learn about and ring chimes and sing. Leadership is by Children’s and Music ministry staff and volunteers.
